Aware Technology, Inc. ("Aware", "we", "us") provides an AI-native risk management platform that connects live government action to your business. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Aware platform, our website at iamaware.us, and any related APIs or services (collectively, the "Services") — and how we use, share, and protect it.

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Aware Technology, Inc.（以下「Aware」「当社」）は、政策・地政学リスクを企業活動に結びつけて可視化する、AIネイティブのリスクマネジメント・プラットフォームを提供しています。本プライバシーポリシーは、当社のプラットフォーム、ウェブサイト（iamaware.us）、関連 API およびサービス（総称して「本サービス」）のご利用にあたり、当社が取得する情報の内容、その利用・共有・管理の方法について定めるものです。

本サービスをご利用いただくことにより、本ポリシーに記載された取扱いにご同意いただいたものとみなします。同意いただけない場合は、本サービスをご利用にならないでください。

• Account & contact data — name, business email, company, role, and the credentials used to access the platform.
• Configuration data — the jurisdictions, agencies, vendors, suppliers, products, and exposures you choose to monitor.
• Communications — messages you send us (support requests, demo bookings, feedback).
• アカウント・連絡先情報 — お名前、勤務先メールアドレス、会社名、役職、本プラットフォームへのアクセスに使用する認証情報。

• Usage data — pages and features accessed, queries run, IP address, browser, device, OS, referrer, timestamps.
• Cookies & similar technologies — see §5 Cookies.
• API logs — request metadata when you call the Aware API, retained for billing, abuse prevention, and incident response.

Aware ingests public-record information published by government agencies (e.g., regulations, tariff notices, sanctions, hearings). This source data is not personal data about you; it is the policy and government-action material the platform is built to track.

Aware は、各国政府機関が公開する 公的情報（規則、関税通知、制裁措置、公聴会等）を取り込んでいます。これらのソース情報はお客様個人に関する情報ではなく、本プラットフォームがトラッキング対象としている政策・政府活動に関する情報です。

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Services, including delivering risk alerts and the Next Move.
• Authenticate users, maintain account security, and prevent fraud or abuse.

• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests by public authorities.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer content to train shared or third-party AI models.

• Subprocessors — vetted vendors that host, secure, monitor, or bill the Services on our behalf, under written data processing terms.
• Within your organization — with other authorized users of your workspace.
• Legal & safety — when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Aware, our customers, or the public.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; we will notify you of any change in control.
• サブプロセッサー — 本サービスのホスティング、セキュリティ、監視、課金等を当社に代わって実施する、適切に選定された業者。書面によるデータ処理契約に基づきます。
• 組織内 — お客様のワークスペースにおける他の正規利用者との間。
• 法令・安全 — 法令、裁判所命令により要請された場合、または Aware・お客様・第三者の権利、財産、安全を保護する必要がある場合。
• 事業承継 — 合併、買収、事業譲渡等が生じた場合。支配権の変更時には事前にお知らせいたします。

05Cookiesクッキー

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your locale preference, and a small set of first-party analytics cookies to understand which features are useful. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

06Securityセキュリティ

We protect customer data with industry-standard controls: encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), role-based access, audit logging, principle-of-least-privilege for staff, isolated production environments, vendor risk reviews, and regular third-party penetration testing.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@iamaware.us. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

08International transfers国際間データ移転

Aware is a US-incorporated company. Information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where we or our subprocessors operate. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms.

09Retention情報の保有期間

We retain information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Customer-supplied workspace data is deleted within 30 days of account termination, unless retention is required by law.

アカウントが有効な間および終了後の合理的な期間（法令上の義務遵守、紛争解決、契約履行の確認のため）にわたり、情報を保有します。お客様のワークスペースデータは、法令により別途要請される場合を除き、アカウント終了後 30 日以内に削除されます。

10Changes to this Policy本ポリシーの変更

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will give you reasonable advance notice by email or in-product banner. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
