Overview
Aware provides enterprise risk and strategy software that helps organizations understand how government and geopolitical change affects their business. This notice describes information collected through our website, demo requests, communications, and services. Customer-specific processing is governed by the applicable customer agreement.
Information we collect
When you request a demo or contact us, we collect the name, email address, company, and message you submit. Your message may include your role, business needs, or the use case you want to discuss. Depending on your relationship with Aware, we may also receive account information, business and organization information, communications, evaluation or purchase details, and product usage and device information.
How information is collected
Information may be collected directly from you, automatically when you use our websites or services, from your organization, or from service providers and business partners that support the relationship.
Website hosting, analytics, and browser storage
This website is hosted with Framer. Framer’s built-in website analytics provides aggregate traffic measurements without analytics cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. Demo requests are submitted through the website’s configured form services so Aware can respond to your inquiry.
This section concerns the public website. Authenticated Aware product environments are governed by the applicable customer agreement.
How we use information
We may use information to respond to demo and commercial requests, communicate with you, provide and support the services, administer accounts and evaluations, improve product performance and usability, protect the services, comply with law, and operate our business. Processing of private customer content is subject to the customer’s agreement and instructions.
Customer content and private company data
Where Aware processes private company information on behalf of a customer, the customer’s agreement and instructions govern that processing. Customers control which private company context they provide for company-specific analysis. Ownership, confidentiality, access, and any additional data-processing obligations are addressed in the applicable agreement.
Service providers and disclosures
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the service, to professional advisers, as required by law, in connection with a business transaction, or as otherwise directed or authorized by the customer or user. Framer provides hosting for this public website.
Payments
If Aware uses a third-party payment provider, payment information may be collected and processed by that provider under its own privacy terms.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, contractual obligations, security, dispute resolution, and legal requirements.
Security
Aware uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the service and information processed. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Privacy choices and rights
Depending on applicable law and your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other controls over personal information. Questions and privacy requests can be submitted through Aware’s website contact channel.

For questions about processing locations and cross-border data handling, contact Aware through the website contact channel. Customer-specific data-processing requirements are governed by the applicable agreement.
